Join us for a 4-part series!

The Executive Leadership Learning Collaborative (ELLC) is designed for leaders and executive teams who directly influence the vision and execution of equitable and inclusive policy and culture throughout the organization. In order to achieve this, leaders must mitigate historical and current organizational inequities. The learning collaborative will provide skill building, tools, and shared learning to equip leaders to effectively actionize their REIB vision within their program. The curriculum offers a comprehensive flow of learning and practice.

Leaders will:

  • Explore how to shift inequities through structural changes in policies, resources, and data.
  • Cultivate organizational cultural climate shifts toward inclusion and belonging.
  • Facilitate courageous and accountable conversations.
  • Learn how to apply and leverage the Decision-Making Matrix to embed equitable practices.
  • Gain frameworks and strategies to make impactful progress toward equity and inclusion.

Leaders are invited to sign up for this 4-part learning collaborative.
