Mark Ezzo (he/him), a managing consultant at Mathematica, specializes in helping human services organizations use research and analytic methods to inform decision making and improve program quality. He frequently applies the LI2 framework when partnering with and building the capacity of state and local human services providers. He has led or contributed to redesign and quality improvement initiatives across the country in TANF and workforce programs. He holds an M.B.A. from Villanova University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
