Stacey Johnson’s (she/her) highly regarded work as a facilitator, management consultant, and executive coach spans over 20 years and includes broad-based expertise in leadership development, effective communication, change management, employee relations, performance management, cultural competency, organizational development, customer service, team building, harassment prevention, train-the-trainer, conflict resolution, and DEI. Stacey has worked nationally and internationally with major corporations, government agencies, community organizations, and start-ups, to provide innovative learning solutions. Since facilitating her first workshop with 140 participants on a major Hollywood soundstage to more recent work developing, designing, and delivering an eighteen-month experiential leadership development program for one of the largest counties in the United States, Stacey is committed to excellence.

Stacey earned a B.A. degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from the University of Southern California and has proven her expertise in training design, development, and facilitation by earning the CPLP (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance) designation from the American Society for Training and Development, the Meyers-Briggs Type Indicator certification from the Association for Psychological Type, DDI Leadership Development certification and several others.

Stacey’s commitment to learning and her interest in understanding people and cultures has led her to explore, study and/or work in over twenty countries, complete several Spanish language immersion programs, start a certified Minority Business Enterprise specializing in training and co-create a mentoring program for high school students.
