Andy Eninger (he/they) is an experienced speaker, facilitator, and designer of learning programs for Fortune 500 organizations. As a facilitator and content designer with The Nova Collective, he specializes in Diversity & Inclusion, Collaborative Leadership, and Storytelling. He also coaches other presenters on ways to engage audiences and nail their story. With a background in performing and comedy writing, he helps individuals and organizations connect to their audience and each other through immersive, customized learning programs that combine storytelling, improv philosophy, rapid ideation, and foundational communication skills. He was the head of the writing program at The Second City comedy theater and is the co-founder of Fairplay Communications. Andy received an M.A. in Theatre from Miami University.
