Christina Libre (she/her) is the CalWORKs Section Chief of the Program Administration and Research Section since 2023. Christina has been working for children and families for over 15 years in the social services field, focusing on policy related to foster and probation youth in the State of California, and most recently has taken a shift to the CalWORKs Outcomes and Accountability Review (Cal-OAR) work. Christina has her master’s degree in Criminal Justice from Sacramento State University and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona. Christina has enjoyed the shift to learning about the CalWORKs program and continues to grow in the branch.
