The D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) Compass Toolkit is a suite of content designed to scale critical D&I information and conversations throughout your organization. It includes digital video content, discussion guides and comic strips, and skill-building for real behavior change. As part of the REIB Statewide Initiative, you have access to all materials for nine (9) Compass topic modules. Participants will be provided with an overview of all topics and materials and will have the chance to practice the "Microaggressions" and "Unconscious Bias" topic modules in small and large groups.

The Inclusion in Action Toolkit is a series of eight (8) brief learning modules that are designed as catalysts for REIB conversations you can have with your teams in 30 minutes or less. These easy-to-use slide decks provide a structure for short inclusion dialogues with your team to build skills around areas such as Trust, Key REIB Terms, and Reflections & Commitments.
Participants will be given an overview of all eight module topics and will directly experience two of the modules: “Trust” and “Helpful Phrases and Best Practices.” Following that experience, participants will have a chance to ask questions about how to lead their own dialogues and leverage these materials.
