- Capacity: 75 participants
Through the exploration of dominant and counter narratives, you will deepen your understanding of bias and expand on tools that develop your ability to notice and navigate biases within your practice. The facilitator will unpack key concepts to gain deeper understanding of how these narratives show up in their day-to-day lives.
Upon completion of the Bias workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explore definitions and examples of dominant and counter narratives.
- Deepen an understanding of bias.
- Expand on common narratives that show up in our lives and in our workplaces.
